If the agency causes significant delays in fulfilling its commitments, the client may request a refund. However, please note that refunds will not be issued based on a profitable Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

For any grievances or refund requests, the client can send an email to info@d2cdigitalsolutions.com. It is important to note that delays caused by the condition of the onboarding checklist or any other agency requirements will not be eligible for a refund.
